We envision a society in which financial barriers are brought down so that every Canadian has meaningful access to our nation’s justice system.

We believe that a national access to justice program, centred around the principles of fairness, flexibility and cooperation among all stakeholders within Canada’s legal system can, in concert with sister programs such as legal aid and pro bono, help to make this vision a reality for all Canadians.
